Common stuff
Quick fixes you can try first.
Activation says „invalid_key"
Make sure the license key is exactly what Payhip shows you, including the dashes. The email must be the one you used at checkout (case- and whitespace-insensitive). If it still fails, post your order id on Discord and we'll check Payhip's side.
„Different machine detected" lock screen
Your license is bound to one machine (HWID). You get two free resets per 365 days — click Reset HWID on the lock screen and enter your activation code + email + Payhip order ID. Ran out of resets? Discord us.
Update download fails
Usually a firewall or AV blocking the .exe download from fh6updates.rapitus.org. Add an exclusion for the install folder. Or grab the latest release manually from Discord — links are pinned in the support channel.
Refund?
All sales are final. We're a one-person shop and refund fees + chargeback risks make returns prohibitive. But — if the app genuinely doesn't work on your machine, hop on Discord and we'll fix it or get you a working build. You don't pay for broken software.
